I Sewed

Two weekends ago, we hung out with our great friends Jenny and Doug on Saturday night. Jenny and I had attended a shower for Lizzy earlier in the day and made plans to have dinner together with our men that night. After a delicious feast prepared by Jenny and Doug, the boys decided they wanted to go bowling.

But Jenny and I had work to do. We sent the Doug and Jeff on their way and Jenny showed me how to take a piece of fabric and turn it into a very cool table runner using a sewing machine. We measured, cut, and sewed the fabric and the result is very cool. I am convinced I can do this on my own in the future and may have to ask Miss Shores to borrow her sewing machine.

After we finished the runner Jenny and I watched one of our fave movies-The Sweetest Thing..."too big to fit in here"-soo funny!
