Last Wednesday, Jeff and I went on a bike ride after work with the mission of exploring some of the neighborhoods on the other side of Three Chopt Road. We were pleasantly surprised with the area off of Michael Road and I have found a new running neighborhood. While riding we also discovered a new park that we have passed the entrance to hundreds of times. Cheswich Park is located off of Forest Avenue and contains some walking trails, creeks, exercise equipment, picnic areas, bathrooms and a childrens play area. We rode our bikes through the trails and creeks and got some upper body exercise too. Who knew all of this was located just across the street?
