The weather this week in Richmond was enough to make one go bananas. Monday was 80, Tuesday around 50, Wednesday back up to 80, Thursday in the 40s and yesterday it SNOWED all day. WHAT?!
I used fall, summer and winter clothing this week. My closet is confused. On Wednesday night I took advantage of the warm temps and cleared off our back deck, did some rearranging and then we dined al fresco. Trader Joes pot stickers, salad, bread, wine for me and apricot beer for Jeff. Yummy! On a side note: I hightly recommend Trader Joes Gyoza Pot Stickers. They are delicious and not so bad for you either.
Our dinner outside was so lovely and leaves me ready for spring temperatures and parties on our back deck.
