Last Wednesday night we bottled our home brew. We retrieved the bottles from the guest bathrooms upstairs and prepared them and the brew to be bottled. The process was quite easy. We had to sterilize the bottles, sterilize the bottle caps, add the priming sugar to the wort to initiate the carbonating process and then pour the beer into the bottles. I got to use the bottle capping device and only messed up twice. We now have 50 beers carbonating in our front closet until they are ready to be sampled (hopefully on Monday).
