On Friday night we came home from work and created a delicious warm weather feast fit for eating on the deck. Grilled eggplant, mozzarella, tomato and cucumber salad with balsamic and olive oil, barbecue chicken, and chips and guacamole. That, along with a glass of wine, some beers, and some good friends and we were set for a fun night.
