Watching the Leaves Turn

I was working and eating and eating and working during this lunch hour of mine. Then my mind shifted gears for what is probably the 1 millionth time already today. I looked up quotations about Fall. I found the below quote.

"Even if something is left undone, everyone must take time to sit still and watch the leaves turn."- Elizabeth Lawrence

I stopped Internet searching, looked out the window and watched the leaves turn and fall while I finished my sandwich.
