This year instead of buying gifts for both of Jeff's brothers and both of our sisters-in-law, the six of us decided to just draw one name and buy for one person. Since we all won't be together for Christmas, we met up today to give and receive gifts. We all got some really great things and it was nice to spend the afternoon together and take advantage of the time to play with our niece and nephews.
Courtney and James had worked on a project to make wrapping paper with James' painted hand prints. Several gifts were wrapped in James' paper and each time we opened one, he would excitedly tell us they were his hands on the paper. Courtney had written "paper by james" in the corner of each piece.
I loved this paper so much, I decided to frame it on the wall with some of our black and white London prints.
