Once a month the Richmond girls try to get together to catch up. This month it was my turn to host. In order to keep things easy since we normally hold these shindigs on a weeknight, I served the oh so easy Chinese take out. It was partly in celebration of the Chinese New Year. This is the year of the Tiger. Roarrr.
