Mom and Dad arrived there last night after a hellacious day of travel and mom sent us an email tonight. I could almost hear her excitement through her words. I leave you with an excerpt:
"Today's weather was absolutely gorgeous, sunny, cold enough for perfect snow but not too cold at all, and so exciting. The atmosphere is so festive, and the addition of teams wandering about, people dressed in flags with faces painted and crazy hats and being able to watch the downhill part of the super combined from the slopes and then the slalom portion on TV in Pika's with people cheering and waving flags and ringing bells was so awesome."
Oh how we wish we were there!!
