Venison Sausage

My husband is multitalented and I am so thankful for that and for him.  He excels at yard work, he can build anything and everything, he can fix anything and everything and he is a master in the kitchen.  He has killed two deer recently and you have read that we have been enjoying lots of venison but one of the most delicious things he has made so far with the deer meat is  venison summer sausage.  To make this, he had to purchase a meat grinder, but the cost was definitely worth it.
