Since Jeff's hunting success, we have been enjoying lots of deer meat. On Monday after his trip he trimmed all the meat and bagged it for the freezer but not before cooking some up for dinner. He also brought along a tenderloin to share with our families over Christmas. We didn't get around to cooking the deer in Suffolk so we had it as an appetizer twice in Philadelphia. Yum!
