I just have to say that having house guests for an entire week is so much fun! Every night we were so excited to come home to a house full of people and activities already on the agenda. We had a few dinners in, one at Cedarfield, more Wii competitions, a game of Charades, and lots of laughs.
Both guest bedrooms were always full. Poor Will had to be the one to find out that all three of our air mattresses had a hole in them. He would start our on a full mattress and wake up on the floor. We finally purchased a new, giant mattress and his final few nights of slumber were peaceful.
I just loved snuggling on the couch every night with my sweet cousins. I wish we all lived a lot closer so we could do this more often.
We unfortunately had to leave on Friday afternoon for a mini ski getaway to Massanutten we had planned long ago and we returned on Sunday to some sweet pink and orange gerbera daisies and a little thank you note from Uncle Julian and Aunt Rene, a sweet message on our kitchen chalkboard, another thank you note on our kitchen table and a sweet note from Julia on our kitchen calendar that we discovered a few days later.
We truly enjoyed having ALL of you here and can't wait for the time when we are all together again. We love you!! xoxo
